SENNHEISER HD 800 のユーザー登録をしてみた

ゼンハイザーのヘッドフォン HD 800は本体にシリアルナンバーが刻印されており、SENNHEISER本社でユーザー登録が出来ます。
てか日本のHPではその項目が見つかりません。

なので本社HPでユーザー登録をしてみました。

登録してみた 

TOPページにある「Service & Support」から

「Contact」の「Register your Product」をクリック。

ページで型番を入力してContinue

後は必要事項を記入して、Submit !

数日後

以下のメールが届きました。

PDFが添付されているので開いてみると

「あなたのS/N製品の特性はこれだよ」的なファイルが来ました。

どうも1台 1台の特性を保管しており、ユーザー登録したら送られる模様。

マジか・・・・
フラグシップモデルのサポート、っぱねぇ・・・・。

ま、予め製品毎にファイルをルーチン作成しておくだけなので、簡単といえば簡単なのでしょうが、それでも安い商品とはやっぱり違うんだなぁ、と思い知らされました。
